       As you all know, "The Challenger" universe has expanded to the comic book world courtesy of "Outer Edge Comics." There will be comics for each and every "Challenger" film. There will be a total of 8 comics (from 2014-16). Issue #1 of "The Challenger" is currently in the works by Jeffrey Pacitto and a release date is TBD at the moment. All of the comics will be in a unique format known as "Black & White." There will be no color because we want our comic to separate us from the rest. It's a style point.

         Issue 1 follow Detective Rick Sledge and his newly appointed partner, Ronny Gunnerson as they are on the hunt for Antonio Ricci, the head of the Italian Mafia. The comic is based off "The Challenger - Short Film," but it's better. It features scenes that were never filmed, such as when "The Challenger" pays Ricci and interrogates him violently. All these comics will be available online via Ebay and will be priced at $5 plus $2 for shipping. There will only be a limited number of copies available, these comics are extremely rare and are an extension of the "Web Series." Each and every issue will feature never before seen action & drama. The lines in the comics are also different from the films. This will be a limited time offer and they will be available soon.
